Vitamins & minerals

Set your age, sex, and weight in the Profile tab for personalized targets.

Recipes

Build a recipe from its ingredients — e.g. a whole cheesecake — and the macros and micronutrients for the full recipe are totaled automatically. Log any portion of it from the Track tab.

Nutrient guide

What each tracked value actually does in the body, in plain terms.

Database

Search, edit, or add foods — per 100 g. Your edits are saved permanently.

Your profile

Used to calculate daily vitamin/mineral and protein/fiber targets from standard adult dietary reference values.

TargetDaily amount

These are general adult reference values (e.g. U.S./Canada DRIs), not personalized medical guidance. Net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) is a personal upper limit (50 g/day). Protein (135 g/day), fiber (28 g/day), and water (2.5 L/day) are personal fixed targets, not formula-derived.

USDA FoodData Central

Free API key, used to search USDA's nutrient database from the Add Food screen so you can prefill vitamins/minerals instead of typing them by hand. Get a free key here (instant, just needs an email).

Backup

Downloads everything — profile, database edits, recipes, and every logged day — as one JSON file. Keep it somewhere safe (e.g. your OneDrive folder).

Restore

Upload a previously downloaded backup file. Everything in it — log entries, database edits, and recipes — is merged into what's already saved on the server; nothing already saved is ever deleted, even if the backup doesn't have it. Your profile is replaced with the backup's version.
